PETform measure all components in a temperature controlled room (20 to 21ºC). We have CMM’s from Zeiss to measure mould base plates measuring 1,800 mm x 1,200 mm and Optical + Tactile CMM’s for measuring small components. All moulding surfaces of every single cores, neck rings, cavities and gate pads are inspected by microscopes to ensure perfection in surface finish.
