PETform can produce high performance preform moulds for all preform injection moulding machines up to 192 cavities.
PETform produces hotrunners with hot runner stacks that are compatible with the current industry leader’s hotrunners. It also deploys its own highly reliable and leak proof Optifliotm hotrunner technology that allows for a mould pitch of as low as 40 mm.
We supply refurbishment kits, conversion kits and spares for moulds originally manufactured by us, as well as by other reputed suppliers
PETform stocks Husky’s Ultra-PET TM hot runner components for immediate shipment. It also stocks component for its own Optifliotm hotrunner systems. It can also manufacture to order components for hotrunners from MHT, Otto Hofstetter, Sacmi, Sipa, Mould Masters, Yudo, GDXL, ASB Nissei, etc.
Moulds and hotrunners from us are a long term investment. We offer complete refurbishment packages for moulds and hotrunners (or just a few spares) from any of the reputed suppliers such as, but not limited to: Husky, MHT, Otto-Hofstetter, Sacmi, Sipa, GDXL, ASB Nissei, etc. PETform offers service support as well as through its partners in based in Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Asia.
PETform undertakes preform design development and prototyping services. We design preforms applying optimum stretch ratios, and factoring in other boundary conditions to provide you the best performing preform design at the lightest possible weight.
